Sugarush Caribbean Cuisine aims to bring the Caribbean to you in Northern Ireland fused with the flavours and styles of European food too. So, whether you want a totally Caribbean themed evening or a variety of your favourite foods, then we will be willing to oblige.
THE NAME
Sugarcane was the mainstay of the Caribbean for many years and of the islands of my parents, St Kitts & Nevis where the sun shines gloriously; and the Windrush was the name of the first ship to bring people from the Caribbean to European shores - hence the name Sugarush.
